Paul Dadgar, Principal

Mr. Dadgar has been actively involved in the carwash and service station industries for over 20 years. In the late 80’s to early 90’s Paul was involved in lending approximately $400 million to the carwash, service station and other auto related industries.

In the mid 1990’s Mr. Dadgar focused on the Merger & Acquisitions and Development side of the business. He was also involved in several other industries, including the restaurant business, family entertainment centers and various other real estate ventures.

In 1997 Mr. Dadgar founded Carwash of America, LLC, a carwash company that owned and operated ten Full-Service Carwashes with branded Service Stations and five Jiffy Lubes. He has recently been involved in the development of a chain of exterior carwashes in California.

Mr. Dadgar is active in all aspects of the firm's consulting efforts nationally. He is featured speaker at carwash conventions and has co-authored carwash related articles for industry trade magazines.
